After Wilf broke his hip on Christmas Eve 2010 we knew he was recovering well but now he has entered his own virtual  SH ride.  C/o The Body Rehab he will be completing the short circuit on their exercise bike!

Not only that but James, our baker, will be running the actual short circuit, trying to beat his time from last year!

Entry numbers 2 & 3 .... Number 1 going, as usual to Sams Dad.
