We will be receiving a whole deer from this project to create a weekends worth of great game menu specials from succulent, melt in the mouth casseroles & roasts to burgers & sausages!
Alastair Boston - the Deer Management Advisor for the Cumbrian Deer Project will be in the Café to talk about their work and how important it is in this area.
