We make nearly all of our menu meals & snacks here on site at the Café.  We have a second kitchen where James, our baker, bakes nearly all our bread & the cakes.  He just can’t keep up with the number of rolls we get through for bacon / sausage butties so we buy those fresh everyday from Mores Bakery in the Mill Yard.  Martin, our head chef, Wilf & Geoff  cook all the “Specials Board” items, “Wilf’s Away” meals & all the buffets we supply.

Although we are extremely careful to avoid cross contamination, all our  meals are made in the same kitchen where these allergens are present.
If you would like to know the ingredients of any food sold here a member of staff will be happy to assist you & let us know if there is any food that may cause an allergic reaction.
