Hire! Celebrate and Party in the Café
The Café is available for hire in the evening and has been used for a variety of purposes from celebratory parties, sit down dinners to slide shows. We hope the following will help you choose a meal for your evening.
All prices quoted include VAT. Also china crockery, metal cutlery, serviettes, presentation or serving as appropriate.

Terms and Conditions
- Prices from £7.45pp with a minimum charge of £400, for departure by 11pm (prompt). There is an additional charge of £100 per hour after 11pm.
- If leaving by 10pm (again prompt!), the minimum charge is £300 (inclusive of food costs).
- Damages must be paid for.
- A minimum deposit of £50 is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is Non returnable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the hire date. And balance due on presentation or when numbers are confirmed
- You are welcome to bring your own alcohol as we are not licenced. We can supply glasses for wine but not beer. During the day to day running of the Café we recycle all bottles and cans, so would like you to do the same! If these are left at the end of the evening we will charge £20 to do this for you.
